Hostal Demeure Saint Louis Guesthouse

This is a residence full of history within the district Trivalent. During nearly one hundred years, the owners of the places were the family of brewers "Lauer".

In this residence of dwelling, built beside the brewery, a part was used for the sales department and delivery of beer "Fritz Lauer". The last brewer of the family, Ernest Lauer, lived in a time when the entire district was dedicated to the brewery.

Two years of restoration were necessary to give again a heart to this place, and for our greater pleasure it opens its doors with a public in love with the past, charm and wellbeing.

The Residence is open all the year.

- Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
- This place has a cloture garden and a private interior car park.
- Relaxing spot; with library and living room with satellite televisión.
- Pets are not allowed in the Residence
- Credit cards are not accepted.
- Possibility of transport from the station or towards the airport of Carcassonne.
